SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship across the Continental United States (CONUS). Currently, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses in CA and NJ for optimized delivery times across the United States.
2. Shipping Time
- Order Processing: Up to 1 business days.
- Delivery Time: Typically 3-5 business days after processing.
- Delays: While we strive for punctuality, slight delays may occur. If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please contact us at support@hynoxbikes.com.
3. Shipping Costs
- Electric Bikes: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all e-bike orders across the Continental United States.
- Accessories & Parts:
* Orders above $99 qualify for complimentary shipping.
* Orders $99 and under will incur a flat shipping rate of $10 per order.
- Important Notes: The $10 flat shipping rate is non-refundable once the item has been dispatched. This fee does not include shipping insurance, which can be purchased separately at checkout (cost varies by order).
4. Shipping Carriers
Hynox primarily utilizes FedEx and UPS for prompt deliveries. We may occasionally use other trusted regional carriers to ensure maximum efficiency.
5. Liability Disclaimer (Loss, Theft, or Damage)
Hynox is not liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged resulting from the actions or inactions of FedEx, UPS, or any other third-party parcel service.
6. Packaging vs. Product Condition
Please note that damage to the outer packaging does not necessarily indicate damage to the product inside. Due to the nature of logistics, we cannot guarantee the aesthetic integrity of the outer carton. We advise customers to file a claim with the carrier immediately if the outer package arrives damaged. For any issues regarding the PRODUCT itself, our Customer Service team is ready to assist at support@hynoxbikes.com.
7. Restocking Fees (Non-Quality Related Returns)
For returns within 30 days of receipt, the following fees apply to partially cover handling and logistical costs:
- New & Unused E-bikes: A restocking fee of $200 per bike.
- Used E-bikes: A restocking fee equal to 20% of the total order value.
- Refused Deliveries: A flat fee of $200 per bike will be charged for any shipment that is refused at the time of delivery.
- Defective Items: Approved returns for defective items within 30 days of receipt are EXEMPT from restocking fees. Customers must notify our Customer Service team as soon as a defect is identified to qualify for this exemption.
